Hello Exclusive. My wife Jenny had an accident leading to an operation for 3 fractures to the ankle, I left a phone message with you that Sunday and on Monday you called me, having already looked up her details and only needing to know the hospital address. She came home last Thursday and, having to keep her foot in plaster and supported, is now installed in a medical bed prescribed by the orthoepidic surgeon as she cannot use the stairs. An infirmier visits every day for an injection. This is to say a Very Big Thank you for the prompt and efficient way in which you took care of all the insurance formalities, which took one of many worries away so effectively!
